FANCYWOOD FARMS PUPPY PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Your puppy is guaranteed for 48 hours from the date, time and receipt of puppy against infectious diseases they have been vaccinated for such as Parvovirus, Distemper, Hepatitis and Parainfluenza. Your new puppy has been de-wormed and vaccinated. It is very important that you provide this information to your veterinarian immediately. Worming and vaccinations, including yearly boosters, must continue on a regular basis. Your puppy is to be free from congenital defects making him/her unsuitable as a pet for 1 year from the date of birth. If the puppy is found to have life threatening congenital defects, you must supply us within 7 days of diagnosis with your veterinarian’s written report. We reserve the right to have this diagnosis verified with a veterinarian of our choice before an exchange or refund up to your expenses or full purchase price of the puppy is granted. Any shipping expenses, returning or sending new puppy, would be at the buyer’s expense.

Hypoglycemia – low blood sugar or protozoa infections such as Coccidiosis or giardia both of which are stress induced are not covered under this health plan. To prevent either of these problems – make sure your new puppy eats well every few hours and watch for any loose stools. Have your new puppy checked if diarrhea or lethargy (major sleepiness) occur.

Buyer agrees to take good care of this puppy and supply adequate food, water, housing, and medical care. The buyer agrees to follow standard recommendations regarding feeding, exercise, and general care for this puppy.

Seller agrees to make honest recommendations according to food, housing and health.  If you have any questions please call or email.  I have been raising dogs a long time and what I find routine you may have never thought of.  If your new pup does not just pick up and start acclimating (doesn't eat etc.) after you get him/her........please contact me and I can either walk you through the process of fixing the problem or replace the pup in dire situations.

Remember, puppies are babies! They need plenty of love, rest, fresh water, quality puppy food, a warm, dry place to sleep and exercise. All of our puppies are sold as pets. Your new baby can be neutered/spayed when they turn 6 months old.
